We provide animal communication sessions for informational and personal enrichment purposes. Patty Burgess and Creature Convos are not veterinarians and do not diagnose, treat, advise, or prescribe for any medical issues.

2. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked through our website.

Payments are processed securely at the time of booking.

Because sessions are uniquely created, once session recordings or Zoom meetings have been delivered or completed - all sales are final. Refunds cannot be provided.

3. Use of Materials

The content of your session, including audio recordings, messages, or other materials, is for your personal use only, and not to be shared on social media. You may not share the contents of the session, post on social media, reproduce, distribute, or sell the content in any form—written, audio, video, or digital—without our written permission. If we request permission to share an image of your animal, or portions of the content, you have the right to agree or decline. This request is usually made within your booking screen, or in a separate conversation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Creature Convos, Patty Burgess, and any associates are not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of the services.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and all interpretations of your animal’s messages are subjective. Patty Burgess and Creature Convos are not veterinarians and do not diagnose, treat, advise, or prescribe for any medical issues. Please see your pet care professional for any healthcare advice.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials on the website, including text, graphics, and media, are the property of Creature Convos unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use in any form is prohibited.
